Who we are
Grace Travel Consultancy Ltd is the trading name of GRACE GROUP OF COMPAGNIES SARL, a registered Cameroonian company providing travel and education consultancy services.
We have operated from Douala since 2020 and have since expanded to a second office in Buea. We assist students, families, professionals and businesses travelling from Cameroon to Europe, North America, Asia, Africa and other international destinations.
Our approach is simple: we guide clients through the process from the first consultation to the final stage of their journey, with each file handled by a named consultant.

Anyone can publish a travel website. We believe clients should be able to know who they are dealing with before submitting documents or making a payment.

Grace Travel Consultancy Ltd is the trading name under which GRACE GROUP OF COMPAGNIES SARL conducts its travel and education consultancy activities. The two names refer to the same registered company and may appear on our contracts, invoices and receipts.

What we do not promise
We believe an honest consultancy is worth more than an optimistic promise.
No legitimate consultant can guarantee a visa or an admission. Visa decisions belong to the relevant embassy or immigration authority, while admission decisions belong to the institution concerned.
We therefore do not promise visa approvals, admission decisions or immigration outcomes that are outside our control.
- Official channels: E-visa applications are submitted through official government portals where applicable, never through unauthorised intermediary sites.
- Transparent costs: We explain the applicable costs before a client commits to a service.
- Clear refund terms: We identify which fees are refundable and which are non-refundable before any payment is made.
- Document responsibility: We explain which documents are required and how they should be prepared.
- No guaranteed outcomes: We never sell a visa or an admission as a guaranteed result.
Our responsibility is to provide accurate guidance, prepare each file carefully and help our clients understand the process. The final decision always rests with the competent authority or institution.
