What we collect

• Contact details — your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number.
• Enquiry details — the service you are interested in, destination, travel dates, budget and any notes you write.
• Application information — nationality, education level, language test results and passport status, where you provide them.
• Reviews — the name, rating and text you choose to publish.
• Technical data — your browser sets a small local preference for light or dark mode. It stays on your device.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare your application.
• To submit applications to universities, embassies, airlines, insurers and government portals on your instruction.
• To contact you about the progress of your file.
• To publish reviews you have submitted, after we have verified them.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

Only where it is necessary to deliver the service you have asked for — for example an institution you are applying to, an embassy or visa portal, an airline, or an insurer. We share the minimum required, and only on your instruction.

Documents

Please do not send passports, bank statements or other sensitive documents through the forms on this website. Your consultant will tell you how to share them securely once your file is opened.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and application records for as long as is needed to provide the service and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to info@gracegroupofcompanies.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Third-party content

This site embeds Google Maps to show our office locations, and loads fonts from Google Fonts. Those services receive your IP address when the content loads. Links to Facebook, Instagram and TikTok take you to sites governed by their own privacy policies.
