How quickly will you reply?
Within one business day for email and the form on this page. WhatsApp is usually much faster during office hours.
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. We will tell you honestly whether we can help, and what it would involve, before any fees are discussed.
Can you help me if I am not in Cameroon?
Yes. A large share of our work is handled remotely by WhatsApp, email and video call, with documents shared securely online.
What should I bring to an office visit?
Your passport if you have one, your academic certificates if you are enquiring about study, and a rough idea of your budget and timeline. Nothing else is needed for a first conversation.
How do I pay, and will I get a receipt?
Please confirm current payment options directly with a consultant before transferring anything. A receipt is always issued. If someone contacts you claiming to represent us and asks for money through an unusual channel, call the office number on this page to verify first.
