What we will never do
Knowing what we will never do is as useful as knowing what we do:
- We will never ask you to send money to a personal account. Payment details are given to you in writing in your signed agreement, and we will never change them by an unsolicited message, call or email.
- We will never guarantee a visa, an admission or an immigration outcome, and we will never ask for a payment in exchange for such a guarantee.
- We will never ask you for a password, a card PIN, or the full details of your bank card.
- We will never pressure you to decide immediately. A genuine file survives you taking a day to think about it.
If something does not look right
