Study abroad, planned properly from day one

We match you to a programme you can actually get into and afford, prepare the application, and stay with the file until your student visa is in your passport.

What we handle

The full journey, not just the paperwork

Most students come to us with a country in mind and little idea of what it actually takes. We work backwards from your grades, budget and timeline to a plan that holds up.

Programme matching

We shortlist courses that fit your academic background, budget and career plan — and tell you honestly when a target is unrealistic.

Applications & admissions

Transcripts, motivation letters, references and portal submissions, followed up with the institution until your offer arrives.

Scholarships & funding

We flag the scholarships and fee waivers you are genuinely eligible for and help you meet their deadlines.

Student visa support

Financial proof, accommodation evidence, insurance and interview preparation, all reviewed before submission.

Language preparation

German courses from A1.1 to B2.2, plus guidance on IELTS, TOEFL, TCF and HSK requirements per destination.

Arrival & settling in

Flights, insurance, airport pickup and first-week essentials arranged before you leave home.

Destinations

Study destinations, and what makes each one worth considering

These are our most active destinations right now. If yours is not listed, ask us — we regularly support other countries too.

🇨🇦 Canada

Globally recognised degrees, strong post-study work permit options, and a straightforward path toward permanent residency for many graduates. English and French-taught programmes across every field.

🇫🇷 France

Low tuition at public universities, a wide range of English- and French-taught programmes, and strong ties into the wider EU job market. Student residence permits allow part-time work.

🇩🇪 Germany

Low or no tuition at public universities. We also run German language courses (A1.1 through B2.2) that lead into paid nursing training contracts — Ausbildung — in Germany.

🇫🇮 Finland

Tailor-made diploma programmes in Business & Entrepreneurship, IoT and Hospitality Management. Select intakes open without IELTS, any academic stream eligible, with a direct pathway into a Bachelor's degree.

🇭🇺 Hungary

Nursing, healthcare and medicine programmes inside the Schengen area — globally recognised degrees, affordable fees, and easy travel across Europe while you study.

🇨🇭 Switzerland

Access to Switzerland's public education system with globally respected quality standards — a particularly strong option for students who already hold a first degree.

🇵🇱 Poland

EU-recognised degrees at a lower cost than Western Europe, with a growing number of English-taught programmes and a low cost of living for students.

🇧🇬 Bulgaria

Affordable EU study option with straightforward admissions, particularly popular for medicine, dentistry and related health fields.

🇱🇹 Lithuania

Modern EU universities, competitive fees, and a genuinely international student community with strong IT and engineering faculties.

🇲🇹 Malta

English-taught programmes inside the EU, in a small, safe, English-speaking country — a gentle first step into European study.

🇨🇳 China

Programmes in IT & software engineering, business, engineering and health sciences — several open to English-speaking applicants with no HSK4 requirement, at very affordable tuition.

🌍 Somewhere else?

We regularly place students outside this list. Tell us the country you have in mind and we will tell you honestly whether it is realistic — and what it would take.

Ask about another country

Fees, intakes and entry requirements vary by programme and change periodically. Everything is confirmed with a consultant before you apply.

Get ready

What you will usually need

Requirements differ by country and programme, but nearly every application draws on the same core set. Start gathering these now — it is the single biggest thing that speeds up a file.

  • Valid international passport (at least 12–18 months' validity)
  • Academic transcripts and certificates, translated where required
  • Proof of language ability (IELTS, TOEFL, TCF, TestDaF or HSK) where the programme requires it
  • Curriculum vitae and a motivation letter
  • Letters of recommendation, usually two
  • Proof of funds or a sponsorship letter
  • Birth certificate and, where relevant, a police clearance certificate
  • Passport photographs to the destination's specification
  • Medical certificate and student health insurance
Do I need IELTS to study abroad?
Not always. Several of our Finland and China intakes accept applicants without IELTS, and French- or German-taught programmes test that language instead. We confirm the exact requirement for the specific programme before you spend money on a test.
How early should I start?
Six to twelve months before your intended intake is comfortable. Document collection, language tests and visa appointments each take time, and popular intakes close early.
Can I work while studying?
Most European and Canadian student permits allow limited part-time work during term and more during holidays. The exact hours are set by the destination country — we will tell you what applies to yours.
What if my grades are average?
There are good, accredited programmes for a wide range of academic profiles, including foundation and diploma routes that feed into a Bachelor's degree. We will show you the honest options rather than promise something that will be refused.
Do you help with scholarships?
Yes. We flag the scholarships and tuition waivers you are genuinely eligible for and help you meet the deadlines. We do not charge for finding them.
Can you guarantee admission or a visa?
No — the decision belongs to the university and the embassy. What we can do is make sure your application is complete, consistent and as strong as it can be. Be cautious of anyone who promises a guarantee.
