1. Our role

Grace Travel Consultancy Ltd provides advice, document preparation and application support for study abroad, visas, flights, accommodation, insurance and related travel services. We act on your instructions. We are not a university, an embassy, an airline or an insurer, and we do not make their decisions.

2. No guarantee of outcome

Admission decisions belong to institutions. Visa decisions belong to embassies, consulates and immigration authorities. We cannot and do not guarantee that an application will be approved. What we undertake is to prepare your file carefully, advise you honestly, and submit it correctly and on time.

3. Your responsibilities

• Give us accurate and complete information. Applications fail on inconsistencies more often than on anything else.
• Provide documents by the deadlines we give you.
• Tell us about any previous visa refusal, immigration history or criminal record that could affect an application.
• Check your own travel documents before departure, including passport validity and transit requirements.

4. Fees and payments

Our consultancy fees are quoted before work begins and are separate from third-party costs such as government visa fees, institution application fees, airline fares, insurance premiums and courier charges. Third-party fees are generally non-refundable once paid, regardless of the outcome.

Always confirm payment details with a consultant at one of our offices or on the numbers published on this website before transferring money. If anyone contacts you claiming to represent us and requests payment through an unusual channel, verify it with us first.

5. Refunds

Where a service has not been delivered, refund arrangements are agreed in writing case by case. Consultancy fees for work already carried out, and any third-party fees already paid on your behalf, are not refundable.

6. Timelines

Any timeline we give is an estimate based on current published processing times. Institutions, embassies and airlines change their timelines without notice, and we are not liable for delays outside our control.

7. Reviews submitted on this site

Reviews you submit may be published on this website. Please write only about your own genuine experience. We may decline to publish content that is abusive, misleading, or that identifies other clients or staff without their agreement.

8. Website content

Information on this website — including destinations, requirements, processing times and fees — is provided in good faith for general guidance and changes periodically. Always confirm the details that apply to your specific case with a consultant before acting on them.

9. Liability

We are responsible for carrying out our own services with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for the decisions or the acts and omissions of third parties, nor for losses arising from information you gave us that was inaccurate or incomplete.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cameroon, and any dispute will be dealt with by the competent courts of Cameroon.
